Pita Pizza!!!!! Anyone? hehehe


Zenny sekarang sangat busy dengan  recording , training untuk lagu baru Zenny, and practice together with Azizi Zakaria , Ben Jiven and aChapp untuk persembahan ;) tapi Zenny tetap maintain dengan plan diet Zenny . Hari tu Zenny , cube surf the net nak tengok ade ape idea untuk menyediakan makanan yang sihat. Mini lunchtime pita pizza
Bahan-bahan :

Pita bread, wholemeal, 2 pita(s)
Tomato paste, no added salt, 40 g
Chicken ham, lean, 50 g
Pineapple, 40 g
Red capsicum, sliced
Spring onion, 2
Dried oregano, 1 pinch(s)
Cheddar cheese, Remember low fat cheese ya…..



Cara-cara
Panaskan oven dengan suhu 200ÂșC.
Letakkan roti pita atas tray dengan baking paper
Spread deangan sos  piza.
Top with equal amounts of chicken ham, pineapple, capsicum, spring onions and oregano.
Sprinkle with cheese and remember must be low fat cheese;) .
Bake for 10 minutes or until the pizza base is crisp and the cheese is golden.
It’s very easy to prepare this dish , and it’s delicious . I pernah cube buat, percayalah Zenny memang sedap;) hehe….. Dish nie mempunyai kalori yang rendah , dan baik untuk kesihatan . Jumlah kalori 290cal . As long is low calories food and ofcause constantly exercise , then you will lose the weight hehehe


Oh ya..
Hehe…minggu nie Zenny akan membuat persembahan di Konsert Penang Bridge International Marathon bersamer2 artis-artis lain seperti, Alif Satar, Michael Wong & ramai lai.....!!!! start jam 8 mlm kat carpark Queensbay Mall, Sabtu ni... 20 Nov….Datang lah jumpe kat saner!!!!!!!!!!
