Pita Pizza!!!!! Anyone? hehehe

Zenny sekarang sangat busy dengan  recording , training untuk lagu baru Zenny, and practice together with Azizi Zakaria , Ben Jiven and aChapp untuk persembahan ;) tapi Zenny tetap maintain dengan plan diet Zenny . Hari tu Zenny , cube surf the net nak tengok ade ape idea untuk menyediakan makanan yang sihat. Terjumpe recipe Mini lunchtime pita pizza kat website ni http://biggestloserasia.com/recipe-health.html . 

Mini lunchtime pita pizza
Bahan-bahan :
Pita bread, wholemeal, 2 pita(s)
Tomato paste, no added salt, 40 g
Chicken ham, lean, 50 g
Pineapple, 40 g
Red capsicum, sliced
Spring onion, 2
Dried oregano, 1 pinch(s)
Cheddar cheese, Remember low fat cheese ya…..

Cara-cara
Panaskan oven dengan suhu 200ºC.
Letakkan roti pita atas tray dengan baking paper
Spread deangan sos  piza.
Top with equal amounts of chicken ham, pineapple, capsicum, spring onions and oregano.
Sprinkle with cheese and remember must be low fat cheese;) .
Bake for 10 minutes or until the pizza base is crisp and the cheese is golden.

It’s very easy to prepare this dish , and it’s delicious . I pernah cube buat, percayalah Zenny memang sedap;) hehe….. Dish nie mempunyai kalori yang rendah , dan baik untuk kesihatan . Jumlah kalori 290cal . As long is low calories food and ofcause constantly exercise , then you will lose the weight hehehe

Lead a Healthy Lifestyle - Exercise & look good!!!!!!!

When I have the time, I would take up the challenge untuk pergi kat sekolah2 tuk support sessi Senamrobik mrk. Ni gambar2 kat SMK La Salle pagi tadi.... I am quite shock, cause it's a guys' school kan, tapi,  push up 20 kali, lari 5 round ++, sit up ++++... dah cam nak mati dah. Hheehehe.. guys.. don't give up! Stay Healthy ya!!!! make sure that you exercise... tak yah buat yang extreme, hanya 15-20 minutes every day to start with, sudah cukup dah. Orait?

Ni pulak kat Institut Perguruan Perlis... a bit better... mebbe mrk dah adult, 

lagipun future teachers, I am sure more well aware of taking care of our health...& also to stay HEALTHY!!!!

Satu2nya produk Maxi-Peel that i can't live without... ahhahaa... The Sunblock with spf20 in a mini case like this... easy to bring along apb. Zenny travel kat merata2 tempat! :) It also moisturizes our skin!!!! I love this.. 1 small bottle, bukannye mahal sangat kan...? blh Zenny gna atleast 3-4 weeks! :P

Pelancaran SPLASH MALAYSIA!

Hello kawan2! This is Zenny.. I'm back with a new blog... Memang cita2 Zenny tuk m'jadi blogger, but dahulu, Zenny tak gitu frequent nak update my blog. So I hope yang ni.. bolehlah Zenny cuba update every week k? PROMISEEEEEEEE!!!!! :P

Baru-baru ni... my lifestyle dah mmg packed cos recently Zenny dilantik m'jadi duta (ambassador) untuk produk MAXI-PEEL, keluaran syarikat Splash Corporation. Sebenarnya, Zenny mula-mula berasa takut & gementar kerana syarikat yang asalnya dari negara Filipina, merupakan syarikat yang besar dan antarabangsa! It has operations all over the world including USA, Canada, Middle east, Indonesia, Vietnam etc etc! But I am very happy.. kerana ini merupakan satu kejayaan bagi diri Zenny. 

Before & After Biggest Loser Season 1... heheheh

 If you remember that Bandar Utama girl who sang Gemilang ini Cineleisure Damansara and walked away Champion during DiGi Celebriteeen 2007 ?(hahahaha)... and the one who weighed >110kg before Biggest Loser Asia Season 1?!!! Hmmmm... kalau tak ingat...the picture on the left can tell! kekeke... Well, kesemua ini adalah usaha.. hard work and determination. Zenny percaya... selagi ada hasrat untuk berjaya.. selagi ada azam untuk mencapai cita-cita korang semua... then, you will achieve the goals no matter what happens in life! Bagi Zenny, Zenny amat gembira kerana mendapat tawaran syarikat Splash untuk menjadi duta produk Maxipeel tersebut. Zenny prommiisssseeee that i'll do my best k? :)
